Meriden, Ct. ick Returns Use Classified Column = Flower Show Coming! Five years ago thoughtful laundry owners foresaw the day when they would be called upon to do the family washings of the nation. The evidences then were slight, but none the less unmistakable. So they set to work to meet the situation—to render as good a service as they have for years given on shirts and collars. Saturday and Sunday, March 27th and 28th will be held the An- nual Flower Show of the Volz Floral Co., at the Greenhouses on Edson Street, below High School. We will have on exhibition the largest se- lection of Plants and Flowers ever seen in New Britain at one time. Nearly every country in the world will be represented by some plant or flower. ; You are cordially invited to come and see the exhibition. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, MARCH 27th AND 28th Today they are giving that service, and, planning ahead, as they planned ahead five years ago, they are right now developing plans that will make for even better service. Every week witnesses the accuracy of their foresight. At the present rate of increase, in spite of improved home methods, the time will soon be here when laundry owners will indeed be doing the washings of the nation. There could be no other answer, for the modern woman has, and can have no place in her daily program for such things as family washings. Union * Laundry Co. 266 Arch Street Volz Floral Co.
