HISTORY REPEATS The brave, confident man will ever be crowned with a wreath of gold. Thus it has always been since the dawn of time. Men of faith and dauntless spirit have brought forth the smiling fruits from the soil; have sailed the seas in quest of treasure; have reared great cities, and have built our railroads and our factories—for what? For us to enjoy and themselves to profit. We Are Living in the Land of Today— The past is recorded in the book of time. Every stirring page that unfolds its tale merely stimulates us to action that shall bring to you and to all of us the golden stream that nature willed we should enjoy. Eleven Months Ago— With the same spirit that actuated men who built our factories and our railroads the Kelley Tire and Rubber Company was created in New Haven with the pur- pose of making it one of the remal great industrial successes of America. This spiritt is now being molded in%o fact. Fundamentally S ound— The successful industrfal enterprise of today must have dominating propor- “eons to impress its product on a world wide market. In no branch of trade is this more true than of Tires and Rubber. Thus the conception of the Kelley Tire and Rubber Company ‘was to guarantze a future sucess by building soundly at the beginning. e_eo ° ) Inviting Co-operation— When we set wut to finance this corporation we knew it would require capital of comsiderable amount. We invited investors in this vicinity to co- operate with us in making the enterprise one to be proud of. We determined to build a plant and found an industry that would be second to none in the Tire and Rubber business. Showing Profit— The sale of shares has already reached a point where the future is secure. Those who bought in the beginning have witnessed their holding enhance in value forty per cent—and many of them would not part with their shares at any price. It is now selling at a mere fraction of what it will ultimately be worth. Our Great Plant — Before the end of spring we expect ta have in completion our huge plant in West Haven, Coun. This model tire factory is to be of scientific factory construction with equipment of the latest type and operated along strict economic lines. It will be operated by electricity throughout and on the main line of the N. Y., N. H. & H. Railroad with electric side track facilities. The Kelley Product— Kelley “K” Thread Tires and Kelley “Blue” Tubes are already quite familiar to automobilists in this section. These products are now on sale in nineteen cities in Southern New England through modern sales and service stations, dealing direct with the company and eliminating any middleman’s profits. The sales at present writing are far greater than our fondest hopes. Every Day You Wait You Lose Money Delays have been costly since the first dilatory person put off till tomorrow what should have been done today—and that there is nothing in life that emphasizes this greater than security market. ‘While you have been waiting and thinking, Kelley Tire stock has climbed to $7 per share—only a fraction of its ultimate value. Now you witness it climbing up- wargd once more, Are you going to come in now or must you count that dollar per share as lost to you forever. It is a big item on the quota of shares that you feel you wonild treasure as yours. If you act today you may buy at $7 a sharc as This Stock Goes to $8.00 Per Share January 10th Edward J.
