Think how the Red Cross rescued our wounded sol- diers and nursed them back to health; remember how the Red Cross alleviated the sufferings of people who inhabited the war stricken countries; and don’t forget the Red Cross is a per- manent institution which still does and always will render aid whenever and wherever there is distress. Therefore, it is fitting that on the anniversary of the signing of the armistice, the Red Cross Membership Drive Comes to a climax. The streets of New Britain will be flooded with girls who will have your membership buttons ready.
