Waorcester, Mass., Aug. 1-—Brilliant- ly decorated canoes and launches lined the mile and a quarter course at Lake Quinsagmond today when the amateur oarsmen of America tested their skill and strength in the 46th regatta of the national association of amateur oarsmen.
