The sixth floor in this great store is mostly given up to toys, dolls and games, a large space certainly, but not too large to occupy a place in the hearts of the little folks. The submarine tank is brimful of water, and busy submarine boats are float- ing, raising, diving and keeping the crowd of little folks about the tank on the lookout for torpedoes. The dolls are the loveliest ever seen. Why? Because they are * mostly American dolls. Just think: Miss Victory was made in our own New York; Wee, Wee Marie was built out of paper pulp right over in Holyoke and is luxuriously growned in satin and gilt with golden shoes. The ladies from Philadelphia are perhaps the most attractive of all; they're beauties with blue and brown eyes and wonderful figures, even if they are solid wood from tip to toe. See them all now. And don’t overlook the Mechanical Toys, Dolls’ Funiture, Rocking Horses, Games and Building Blocks. Prices are very reasonable. ) AUTOMOBILE ROBES FOR GIFTS Fifth Floor. The goods were bought a few weeks ago from a firm in Springfield and taken to this ecity by Jacob Greenberg. Attorney P. I, McDonough appeared for Greenberg and argued that his client was neither principal nor cgent but was connect- ed with the business only through the money which he had advanced, and that charges could not be brought against him on those charges. The evidence prercntad proved that he had no connections with the business itself, and judgment was suspended. 305 Bank Builainz.
