Tour of Connecticut Hartford, Aug —Arrangements have been completed for the Connect- icut tour of the French Army Band, 70 musicians, all of whom are heroes of the army of the French Republie, which will begin September 16th and continue for seven days. The transportation of the musicians in Connecticut will he entirely by automobile. The band will arrive in Hartford on Monday, September 16th, at 11:19 A, M, and will be taken at once for an automobile ride around the city, after which they will have luncheon at the Stat Capitol and meet the Governor, and later will leave for New Britain, where at P. M. they will be presented to the Mayor at the City Hall.
