While their statements savored of the sen- sational, especially when they openly charged the saloon proprietor with selling them liquor earlier in the af- ternoon, the court was not impressed with their sincerity. Gardiner, himself, declared that he ordered a round of drinks for himself and his two com- panions and was served, but later the bartender refused to give them more. William McMahon, son of McMahon, was arraigned with Ginsberg this morning, charged with violation of the motor vehicle law. He was represented by Judge James E. Cooper and entered a plea of not guilty. It is alleged that McMahon was in the car with Ginsberg which collided with a car owned by M. P. Leghorn last week. A continuance was granted until Friday morning. Attorney A. A. Greenberg is counsel for Ginsberg. Elzia White, an old offender, was back in toils again this morning charged with non-support.
