New York Boxing Commission Takes Drastic Action Against Sporting Club. Jimmy O'Hagan, the Albany middle- weight, and Tom Cowler, the English heavyweight, on account of their ac- tions at the Harlem' Sporting club lest Friday night also are suspended ! indefinitely. Jchnson, a negro heavyweight, claim- ing illness, while O’Hagan, who was subsequently knocked out by Ted (“Kid”) Lewis, would not fulfill his : engagement until the club mnnuga‘l ment -paid him $500 at the ringside.
