She was represented by Lawyer M. D. Saxe and entered a plea of not guilty. Assistant Prose- cutor J.' G. Woods stated the facts in the ¢ ving that on last Thur: day the (‘onvphd'v'\n! visited the de- fendant's store on Hartford avenue te buy some meat. Because she had previously bou a chicken from another deale Mrs. Horwitz became decidedly vexed and lost no time and declared an ultimatum. Mrs. Mar- holin said Mrs. Horwitz hit her and almost knocked a gold tooth out, then attacked her with a chair and finally ejected her from the store. L Saxe belittled the trouble and said it was “just a woman's squabble” that was precipitated when Mrs. Mar- holin accused Mrs. Horwitz of being a thief. The lawyer recommended that judgment be suspended and the assistant prosecutor seconded the mo- tion. Judgment was suspended. Two Go to Jail. John (Butsey) Brady took leave of the town home yesterday and visited ithe city and he wouldn’t take it for in front of city hall where he looked pitvingly at Traffic Officer Lamphere and proclaimed to the public that that individual had the hardest job in the city and he would'nt take it for $10 a day. Then he sought out a number of bartender friends and later returned to the town home. Super- intendent Kibbe had him arrested this morning and he was sent to jail for thirty days. He protested however. that he was being unjustly dealt with as he was not drunk. Elzier White, an expressman who was in court a few days ago for drunkenness and who pleaded for one more chance in order that he could take the pledge, was in again this morning. He may have taken the pledge, but indications are that What To Do For Nervous Indigestion When nerves go wrong they always seem to strike at your weakest spot. When this spot happens to be the nervous dyspepsia results, appetite vanishes and < v to dull, dread, uneasiness and a hollow, | gnawing feeling that keeps up until every mnerve in your body seems on edge. The food you force down won't digest properly, and you're all in— down and out for one day at least so far as being really useful to your- self or anyone else is concerned. It's the height of folly to force the digestion of food with some pepsin pill when the stomach nerves are in such shape. Nervous indigestion comes | from the nerves alone. Get the nerves right and all distress will vanish. Thanks to a | discovery, it is lec now possible to feed | the nerve cells with the exact stimu- lus they require when overworked and unstrung and a preparation called Margo Nerve Tablets is producing re- markable results in the treatment of Nervous Dyspepsia, and other nerve disorders. They make a remarkable s in many instances in ten min- the watch, strengthening the stomach and charging the nerve cells | with strength, poise, power, and tre- mendous reserve energy and giving nerves of steel, a clear head and brain, courage, power, quick wit, and real vital vim. Margo Nerve Tablets can- not harm anyone. They contain no | dope or dangerous habit-forming drugs. Forty tablets come in a large package, and this is often enough to give lasting relief to even the most obstinate cases.
