Ferrano Balocchi, who got a new motorcycle Monday, was arrested b Officer John J. iKng early last even- ing for operating the machine without a license. The youth explained in a satisfactory manner how he got the vehicle licensed Monday and under- stood the clerk at the capitol to tell him that it was all that was necessary. He promised to get an operator’s li- cense at once and judgment was sus- pended. Wisk Boys in Court. Walter and Joseph Wisk, two sons of Mrs Mary Wisk, were both charged with assaulting W. Zawisfowski, Mrs. Wisk's alleged “star boarder.” This is the third time the Wisk boys have been known to have assaulted the boarder and the second time they have been arrested for it. The board- er exhibited a contract in which Mrs. Wisk had agreed to keep him in her sole employ for a year. He was ad- vised to get out of this family, but Mrs. Wisk did not take kindly to this idea. The two boys were informed that they must not take the law into thefr own hands and if they do not | like the way their mother and the | boarder act they should call in the po- lice. The bridesmaid’s gown was of apricot pussy willow taffeta and she wore a black picture hat. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents at which guests from Rock- ville, Hartford, Waterbury and this city Were present.
