Despite the fact that the police, prosecuting attorney, Medical Exam- iner Harry Elcock and Dr. . T. Fromen were unanimous in declaring that the death of Sven August Carl- son was due to natural causes and was not in the least coincident with a fizht with John A. Agren of 466 Church street, C. Adrian Carlson, adminis- trator of the estate, is holding Agren responsible and last night Deputy Sheriff M. D. Stockwell attached prop- erty of Agren for $10,000. The writ was made out by Kirkham & Cooper and is returnable before the superior court on the first Tuesday in January. On the evening of December Carlson and Agren werc in a fight in Anderson’s Park street saloon. It is alleged that Agren knocked Carlson down and beat him as he lay on the floor. After the fight Carlson went home and the next morning he died suddenly. The plaintiff claims that the man died as a result of the beat- ing. The auhtorities in vestigation found that while Agren and Carlson did fight, it was not as serious as was pictured and Carlson was able toc go home alone. At home he did several duties about the house and then retired. Death was due to a shock resulting from uraemic pois- oning, to which the deceased had been subject for some time. their in- TO REPAIR LOCAL ARMORY. Quarters of Company E and I, C. N. Police Wondering About Condition of Peter Krot of Grove Street. Whether Peter Krot of 42 street is really crazy or is simply drunk, is a question with which the police are concerned today. Fox offered prayer. Piano numbers were rendered by Louis Chapman and Miss Mildred Anderson gave violin selections, accompanied by Miss Clara Olcott.
