Rifle club of New Britain, Conn” The bond has been secured so that all that remains now is the wait for the date for closing the charter and forwarding the same to the secretary of war for his ap- proval, Immediately upon his ap- proval an order will be issued by the war department to ship the allotment of rifles allowed under the National Rifle association.
