Pittsburg, July 10.—Captain Adams, commanding the state constabulary on duty in maintaining order in the,sit- uation growing out of the strike of ‘Westinghouse employes decided to- day, after he had gone over the sit- uation carefully, that the constabulary was no longer needed and gave or- ders for the men to break camp.
