Spend ‘Washington, April 15.—William Caspar, special envoy of Queen Eleanora of Bulgaria, was here today to arrange for the proposed visit of | her majesty to the Unitea States. The | object of her coming is to investigate | methods of hospital administration | and relief work of the poor and sick. Mr. Caspar planned to visit Secre- tary Bryan today to consult him rela- tive to the attitude of the state de- partment toward the contemplated visit of the queen, how she will be received and entertained. He hoped to complete arrangements so that she can sail for this country on Ms,y 19 or May 27. The queen will spend four or five ‘weeks in this country and will go as far west at least as Rochester, Minn., ! to visit a private sanitarium in which !she is interested.
