The article goes on to say that city, county, state and national governments have be- different parts of the county, & lot of work done by committees repre- senting the varipus road districts, the gathering and compiling of an immense amount of data, trips of investigation in different parts of the State, meetings with the county fore them an immense amount of | commissioners, and so on, we have work which must be done within the | gotten to where the commissioners next few years, and that these two! have reason to believe that responsi-— facts suggest with nnnnsweubleible partieg will shortly be ready to force the wisdom of such work being 1ay and submit for their approval a dong now while it can be done, by piece of road which it is believed is reason of business depression, at a both practicable and efficient for a ery low cost as compared with busy periods, while at same time it would help create the much-needed employ - men who otherwise would be de. pendent on charity; not a creation of work purely to find employment for the unemployed, but merely do - ing now what must be done sooner or later; doing it at a lower cost than it can be done later, and yet in doing it now thousands of people would be saved from desperate pov - erty and the tide of business turned to larger prosperity. fin this connection it may not be amisg to call attention to the jgreat public improvement, than which there is not one more needed at this time for the vital Interests of this section of Florida.
