Rules The voting contest to be conducted by this association shall be under the following rules: (A) Contest to commence Feb. 18th and close Saturday, July 3rd. Final prizes to be awarded Tuesday, July 6th. (B) Votes to be issued by Merchants on receipt of cash, uther for cash business or moneys paid on account. D) Any white man, woman or child resident of Polk munty will be eligible as a candidate. (E) Members of Association cannot be candidate. (I) Second prize shall be a Ford touring car. candidate on the second Satur-t J) There shall be a monthly prize of $10.00 to the highest candidate on the second Saturday in each month. Nogone can- didate shall be entitled to more than one monthly priz¢! In the event of the leading candidate having received one monthly cash prize, the prize shall be awarded to person having the second greatest number of votes, who will then be eligible to receive a further monthly cash prize. (K) The candidate turning in the greatest number of votes cach week shall receive a cash prize of $2.00. No one candidate shall be entitled to more than four weekly prizes. In the event of the candidate turning in the greatest number of votes in any week, having already receivevd four weekly cash prizes, the prize shall be awarded to the person turning in the second greatest number of votes. The first weekly prize to be given for the week ending Saturday, Feb. 27th, and every week there- after, Any unfair practice on the part of any member of the Asso- ciation will be sufficient cause toexpell him from the Assocxa ation. Any unfair practice in favor of any candidate will render that candidate ineligible to receive any prizes in this contest.
