Any devia- tion from same shall be sufficient cause to forbid the privi- leges of the contest to any infringer of same, whether con- testant or Merchant. Rule 1—Contest manager will receive coupons from con testants on Thursday of each week, and issue vote certificate for same. All coupons must be exchanged for votes at that time.
