Any devia- tion from same shall be sufficient cause to forbid the privi- leges of the contest to any infringer of same, whether con- testant or Merchant. Rule 1—Contest manager will receive coupons from con testants on Thursday of each week, and issue vote certificate for same. All coupons must be exchanged for votes at that time. Rule 2—Votes cannot be exchanged after passing con- tesa manager’s office. Rule 3—All reports of contestants, must be made at oi- fice of Contest Mhnager, by 4 p. m., on Thursday of each week. Rule 4—The right of rejecting any name placed up for nomination is reserved by Contest Manager. No reasons will be given. Rule 5—Manager of contest has the right to alter or change rules of the Contest, should occasion arise. Any questions that may arise during the contest, regarding same will be determined by the Contest Manager, and his decision will be final.
