All interest to be payable on the bonds hereby issued on the surrender of coupons at the office of National Park Bank of the City of New York, State of New York; at which said office the principal of each bond shall be payable upon presentation of the bond at maturi FIRE DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENT AND ENLARGEMENT BONDS are hereby issued of negotiable character numbered one to twenty (1-20) inclusive, each of the denom- ination of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) ; which bonds shall be aue and payable two (2) each year beginning with number one (1) in the year A. D, 1932 and continuing in regular numerical order until the year A, D. 1941 inclusive when the total of twenty (20) bonds shall have been matured. All bonds bearing interest at the rate of five per cent (5 per cent) per annum, evi- denced by coupons payable semi-annually at the place hereinbefore stated. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the City of Lakelana in the County of Polk in the State of Florida, acknowledges itself to be indebted, and for value receivea hereby promises to pay to the bearer hereof the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), lawful money of the United States of Amer- ica, on the first day of January, A. D. 19__. together with Interest on tne sald sum from the date hereof at the rate of five per cent (5 per cent) per annum, payable semi-an- annually on the first day of January and the first day of July each year, upon presenta- tion and surrender of the Interest coupons hereto attached as they severally become due, both interest and principal beink payable at the office of National Park Bank in the City of New York, State of New York, principal and interest payable in gold coin of the Uni- ted States of the current standard welght and fineness.
