Y., sept. 15.— Edwin Watterson, son of Henry Watterson, the cditor, must remain in the Matteawan State hospital for the criminal insane, according to a decision rendered by County Judge C. W. H. Arnold. The court says Watterson’s testimony clearly es- tablishes the fact that he has de- lusions. In conclusion the court says: , “While the delusions referred to might not make him harmful to any community if at large, the record in the case, showing his previous his- tory, his lack of control, his irre- sponsibility when intoxicated, and his propensity to commit crime, con- vinces me. that the relator is not en- titled to a discharge.” WORKING FOR SOUTH AMERICAN TRADE Pensacola, Sept. 15.—For the purpose of encouraging South Amer- ican trade by Southern merchants through the port of Pensacola, Pres- ident Dobson, of the Chamber of Commerce, has started a movement to organize a delegation of business men to go to South American cities.
