COWS AT SWEET CLOVER FARM MILKED BY ELECTRICITY We are pleaséd to announee to our patrons and all users of milk that we have recently installed a Sharp- les Sanitary Milkine Machine and that our milk is drawn by this mod- ern sanitary method. You are per- fectly well aware that there is no product so susceptible to impurities as is warm fresh milk; set a can in a room with an onion and In a short while the milk will taste cof the onion. How much more readily then will it take up with other im- purities that it is exposed to in an ordinary stable, dust and dirt of the barn and foul odors. Is it any won- der that a great deal of the milk drawn by the old system ot hand milking is not fit for foods, spoils quickly and containg bacteria in fab- ulous numbers. Under the new system of machine milking the milk is drawn through air-tight tubes into air-tight pails, no dust, no dirt or stable air cam come in contact with it at any time, the result is a product as pure as the air we breathe and exactly as nature intended it to be. The en- tire equipment can be quickly washed and sterllized and we confi- dently expect to keep the bhacteria count below the required limit. Some of the largest producers of “eertified” milk in the world use g machines Sharples Milking Will be ]nIt-n d to have you call any day from 2:15 to 3 p. m. and see this milking machine in opera- tion. -~ SWEET CLOVER FARM, North Florida Avenue 2993 Wed-Sat | 0.!
