Mrs. Grantham is able ang willing to work and will be glad to have plain sewing and’ quilting. The neighbors will gledly turn out and help her do the work and let Mrs. Grantham collect the pay. They also have a boy about 13 years old who would gladly get employment as errand boy or helper in a store or office. Now it is very necessary that Mr. time and he is being treated by Dr. Baughn, pelegra specialist of Jasper, ‘Ala., who has sent evidence that he can cure pelegra and who also agrees to refund the money if the medicine does not cure. The medi- cine costs $10 for thirty days. We are all very anxious to see Mr. Grantham recover not only for the sake of his family, but to give hope 'and health back to them and pele- gra sufferers in the country who are becoming more prevalent each year. Pelagra has heretofore been believed an incurable disease. How glad we will all be to know there is a depen'dable remedy so near us as at Jasper, Ala., and that we have a living witness right among us. Three weeks ago Mr. Grantham was xlymg in his beq a pitiful object (perfectly helpless), now he can get up and dress himself and walk about the house and yard. The dead cut- 'icle has peeled off his hands and they look almost natural; his eyes are brighter and there is every indi- cation of his betterment, and we all believe that his restoration is very lrapidly taking place and that he will certainly recover. Let every: body make this case their special care that Mr. Grantham may not want for anything especially medi- cine, ang may God bless all thosa who fail not to help this worthy cause is the prayer of the ne ighbors around Mr. Grantham’s M.
