King George and Queen Mary, with other members of the royal family will at- tend services in the royal chapel, af- ter which there will be a Christmas party for members of the family and friends. Dowager Queen Alexandra always takes a delight in these af- fairs and will have a tree of her own for the benefit of her grandchildren and her personal friends. Members of the American and most of the for- eign embassies will celebrate the day according to their native customs.
