C., where he went to perfect arrange. ments for representing the Alabas- tine Co. in several Southern States. He will start out on his duties in a short time. His many friends will be glad to learn that Rev. W. D. I8 b The Lakeland Ice Company has installed the necessary lift, etc., and is now using deep well water ex. clusively. They have been trying to bring about this improvement for some time, but sundry accidents pre- vented the final completion of their arrangements until now. They are now serving their patrans with ice made from water whose purity is unquestioned. They held that ice made from the lake water is abso- lutely purc and they were supported by some authorities in this conten- tion, but yielding to popular senti- ment they have goue to considerable expense to satisfy everybody of the purity of their product.
