B. Bristol on the charge of operating a “moonshine still” in Polk county. Davis had to do ‘“‘some” stooping when he entered the jail and the bunk of his cell is not long enough for him by several inches. Davis was arrested by In- ternal Revenue Collector Thomas Smith and placed in the jail at Bar- tow, awaiting transfer to' Tampa'by Deputy Marshal Bristol.
