The capital stock of this corpora- tion shall be fifteen thousand ($15,- 000.00) dollars, to be divided into one hundred and fifty (150) shares of the par value of one hundred ($100.00) dollars each, to be paid in money or in property to be used in the conduct of the corporation, & just valuation of which property shall be agreed upon by the incorporators at a meeting called for that purpose, to be paid one-half on demand, one- quarter in thirty (30) days from first demand and one-quarter in sixty (60) days from first demand. Said corporation shall have the right to increase its capital stock to twenty. five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars, the par value of which shares shall be :ne hundred ($100.00) dollars each. ARTICLE IV—TERM OF EXIST- ENCE. This corporation shall continue for a term of ninety-nine years unless sooner dissolved according to law. ARTICLE V—OFFICERS. The officers of this corporation shall be a president, a vice president, a secretary, a treasurer, a general manager and a board of directors, which shall consist of not less than five members and not more than sev- en members, and such other officers {as the board of directors may see fit to choose, which officers shall be chosen at the regular annual meet- ing of the stockholders; said annual meeting shall be held on the second The date of the annual meeting may be chanzed by the by-laws, The president, vice president, secretary or treasurer may be the general manager; the sccretary and treas- urer may be one and the same per- son. No person who is not a bona fide stockholder shall be eligible to hold any office in said corporation except that of general manager and such offices as are created by the Board of Directors.
