Palmer, one of the State’s leading at- terneys and one of the most honored professional men of Orlando, died of licart disease some time during Tues- day night, having been found dead in bed yesterday morning by his; wife, who went to call him when he failed to arise at the usual time. Mr. Palmer has not been in rugged health for some tinie, but was at his all day Tuesday and retired only slizhtly indisposed. His part- ser, C.
