It was the $135,000 sale of the Lagoon Motel at North Marathon Shores. Ralph E. Cunningham, Jr., Ma- rathon attorney who filed the deed, said Ray Dodge, of Marathon, Mia- mi, and Chicago, sold the motel to the Lagoon Motel, Inc., of which Thomas Herriman and Clarence R. Tober, both of Buffalo, N. Y., are officers. . Land Involved Cunningham said 2.47 acres of | land were involved in tue sale. The | motel includes eight two-bedroom | units that each include a kitchen and 16 motel rooms. The. two-bed- room units are air conditioned. Besides the motel, Cunningham said, there is 250 feet of dock space, a turning basin for boats | and a swimming pool. | Outboard boats were included in the sale. The dockage water is deep enough to accommodate cabin cruisers. Cunningham said the one-year- old motel has landscaped grounds, including plam trees.
