He that if he is given a lease, he will break gound for "he construction of buildings to handle up to 200 passengers within six, months. And he said that unless his company actually starts opera- tions prior to next December, the lease would. be voided. Sirugo’s offer is the second to be presented during the past year, Earlier, the Marine Bridge Transport Company, a Cuban concern, indicated that they were contemplating a ferry service, but mo action has been announ- ced on the deal.
