Peter And Paul py ay ham maar \Conche Clobber Panthers ie South Florida Golden Gloves Tournament Is Scheduled In Mid-February; Sailors Eligible Billy Regan, boxing coach at University of Miami for the past 20 years, has ac cepted the position of Boxing Director of the South Florida Golden Gloves tourna- ment which will be conducted under the auspices of the Miami Daily News in mid- February. The tournament, originally planned as a Pan-American event, will be restricted to military and civilian entries from the South Florida area, due to the refusal of the National AAU to sanction the tournament as an international event.
