The girls taking the places of Key West’s commissioners are Sylvia Smith, Deana Archer, Teresa Bardwell and Elvira Perez who represent both the High School and the Con- vent of St. Mary Immaculate. The meeting clim axed ‘Girls’ Day,” sponsored by BPW, which helped girl students in Key West to understand the functions of government in their own city.
