Be it enacted by the City Com- mission of The City of Key West Florida Section 1 That Subsection (b) of Section 342 of the Code of The City of Key West, Florida. he amended by adding the fol lowing after the last paragraph of “Residence A-1” Districts EXCEPTING that area of land having White Street for {ts Southwesterly boundary lines; Atlantic Boulevard for its Southeasterly boundary line; the center line of Trop- ical Avenue, if extended in a Southeasterly direction to Atlantic Boulevard, for its Northeasterly boundary line; and for its Northwesterly boundary line, a line ‘ying 100 feet Northwesterly of Flagler Avenue. Section 2. That Subsection (b) of Section 34.2 of the Code of The City of Key West, Florid be amended B” Districts by adding the fol-| lowing after the last paragraph of “Residence EXCEPTING that area of land having a depth of 150 feet and lying on the South side of Flagler Avenue, be- tween 13th Street and 15th Street, if extended in a South- easterly direction. EXCEPTING the area com- mencing at a point on the Northeasterly side of White- head distant 186 feet from the corner of the inter- section of Whitehead Street and Caroline Street, and run- ning thence at right angles to Whitehead Street in a Northeasterly direction 197 feet 9 inches; thence at right angles in a Southeasterly di- rection 34 feet 6 inches to the Northwesterly boundary of the land now owned by Virginia Lee Mock as de- hed in deed recorded in Deed Book G-24, pages 4 & 45, Monroe County, Florida, Publie* Records; thence me- andering the said Northwest- erly boundary of the land of the said Virginia Lee Mock in a Southwesterly direction 197 feet 9 inches, more or less, to Whitehead Street; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Northeasterly line of Whitehead Street 34 feet 6 inches to the point or place of beginning. EXCEPTING that area of land commencing at a point on Packer Street 100 feet N.W. of NW'ly side of Truman Avenue, thence in a SW'ly direction and parallel with Truman Avenue to a point 100 feet NE. of the NE'ly side of Simonton Street thence in a SE'ly direction and parallel with Simonton Street to a point 109 feet N.E. of the NE'ly side of Simonton Street and 100 feet S.E. of the SE lly side of Truman Avenue, thence in a NE'ly direction and paral lel with Truman Avenue to the center line of Packer Street, thence in a NW'ly direction along the center line of Packer Street to the point or place of beginning.
