B. Har- vey, served as guest speaker for the dedication, and gave a very impressive speech. Other honored guests at- the speakers rostrum were Mrs, Sara Watson, President Gold Star Moth- ers; Mr, Robert Moore, president of Fleet Reserve Association; Mr. Herman Gordon, commander of the local Disabled American Vet- erans chapter; Mrs. Dean O’Keefe, president 13th District Ladies Aux- iliary; Mrs. Edna Carey, president of Ladies Auxiliary Post No. 6021; Mr. J. Carter, Past Department commander of South Carolina; Mrs. Amy Garrington, 13th Dis trict Chaplain-of the Ladies Auxi- liary, and several other visiting gmests Introduced by the presid- ing Commander Lacy L.
