Charge d‘affaires Paul Culbert- son of the U.S. Embassy said he hos feceived no confirmation at all * the reports, and added that the 2 North American boats seized is week off Campeche were ¢er- uly unarmed, Meanwhile, the Campeche case wed to simmer today in the wake of Culbertson’s conference with the Mexican minister of for- eign relations on tlie subject.
