THE KEY WEST CITIZEN Disagreement Over Talking Time Oaly Barrier To Meeting Between Warren, Kefauver TALLAHASSEE (# — Disagree- ment over how much talking time will be allewed seems to be the major obstacle to an election eve Miami television debate between | Sen. Estes Kefauver and Gov. Ful- ler Warren. They have been firing statements at each other for two years, but never have come face to face. Kefauver, who has been the gov- ernor’s favorite target since he brought his Crime Committee to Florida and criticized the adminis- tration, said Wednesday he would accept Warren’s long - standing challenge to a debate on his fitness to be President.
