This ircreased pressure will be made stronger during the *hours of 6 to 7 a.m., noon to 1 p.m., and from 4 p.m, to 6 p.m. The Eisner announcement came after mention was made of ‘the water complaints in the Poinciana area. The complaints mounted when City Manager Dave King was forced ‘to order ‘water pumped on the grass at Wickers Field.
