The final tally was 9 to 8 for the Bombers. , Star of the game was Claude Valdez, who came in to pitch in the tenth inning, forced two men to fly out and struck out a third. Then, after Hernandez had walk- ed and Santana flied out, he came to the plate and sent a double into right field to bring the winning run in. The Eagles started things¥ out with one run in the first and another in the third.
