Ferrer Is Still In Poor Shape At Galey Hospital Carlos Ferrer, who was shot in the Two Friends Bar in Front street by Herraan (Crip) Roberts, proprietor, is still in critical con- dition, Dr. J. Lancelot fer, dr., said today. Ferrer is in Galey Memorial Hospital. Ferrer was operated upon last night. His stomach was pretty well riddled by two bullets’ fired by Roberts. It was revealed today that Roberts. had been released from Monroe County Jail on Sunday night. Roberts had two men post a $3,000 property bond. The bond was set by Peace Justice Ira F. Albury. Police say she identified herself as Dionysis Skouras of Rye, New York—the daughter of Board Chairman Spiros Skouras of 20th Century-Fox film corparation. Police Lieutenant Frank Stand- ing said the young woman was arrested after she had been ‘wounded on one finger by a’ po- lice bullet fired in an attempt to stop her speeding car.
