Proceeds received from this game will be divided equally be- , tween the two clubs for use in their civic and welfare work. | Everett R. Rivas was named Cap-! tain of the Lions while Dr. A. M.! Morgan was named to head the Kiwanis aggregation. Lionism Chairman Joe Allen’ gave a brief address, using as his | subject, “Rededication.” In the | course of his remarks, Lion Allen stressed pertinent parts of the club’s slogan, “Liberty, Intelli- gence, Our Nation's Safety.” The club entertained with vocal Kiwanians ————— selections by Miss Cleora Roberts, accompanied on the piano by Mr, Kingman Curry. The group of popular songs presented by Miss Roberts, consisted of “Alone, Be- cause I Love You;” “Meet Me ; Tonight in Dreamland,” “Lover, Come Back to Me” and “I'll String Along with You.” Miss Roberts responded to encores time and , again and asknowledged the ap- plause accorded her.
