Miss Elia Taylor Piniado Became Bride Of Donald Allen Washbish In St. Theresa’s Church In Miami Miss Ella Taylor Pintado,} daughter of Mrs. Nilo C. Pintado and the late Dr. Pintado, of Key West, on July 1 became the bride of Donald Allen Washbish, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie C. Washbish, of Miami. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. George Bucko in St. Theresa Church in Miami, and the bride was given in‘marriage by her uncle, Judge Henry H. Taylor, of Miami. Miss Pintado had as her maid of honor Miss Grace Waid, while Dean Washbish, brother of the groom, officiated as best man. The bride wore a_bouffant gown of white thiffon and Chan- tilly lace with fitted bodice, high round neckline and full skirt. Her gauntlets were of matching lace, and her picture hat was of lace and illusion veiling, She carried white orchids and stephanotis. Miss Waid was attired in blue chiffon with matching hat fashioned of dainty lace; and car- ried a bouquet of pink roses. Following the ceremony a re- ception honoring the bride and groom was held at the home of Judge and Mrs. Taylor on Dildo USO-NCCS Sunday Night Dance Island, which was attended, as was the wedding itself, by mem- bers of both families and - close frfends. Mrs. Washbish had chosen as her going-away outfit a dark blue organdy with white accessories and a corsage of white orchids. The couple on.their wedding trip went to Palm Beach, and - having now returned, are residing at 23 Sidonia avenue, Coral Gables. The former Miss Pintado at- tended the Convent of Mary Im- maculate here in Key West and also the Rosarian Academy in West Palm Beach, from which she graduated. She then attended Stetson University, where she was a member of Delta Delta Del- ta sorority and Sigma Delta Pi, a Spanish honor group, and she was graduated from Barry Col- lege.
