Monday morning. United States Attorney George M’’Fay said the reason for the postponement was because he had issued several subponeas in the .case, and that they are not returnable till Monday. He did not give out a list of the witnesses who had been call- ed, but it was said that all the persons who testified at the Meyers hearing before the sen- ate investigating committee will testify before the at and jury.
