Approximately 100 delegates and guests representing ten clubs of the southernmost dis- trict of the state left Sunday afternoon tired but happy in two chartered busses, declaring it one of the most delightful ses- sions they were permitted to at- tend. Like a good many other Flori- dians, many of the visiting dele- gates had never before been to Key West, so upon arrival early Saturday afternoon they were taken on an extended sightsee- ing tour of points of interest on the island by a committee of lo- cal members headed by Mrs. Louis Ketchum. Ga., has been executive assistant to Dobbs since April, 1946. A veteran of 15 years in les and traffic division of the! airline business, Keebler came to National after six. years with Eastern Air Lines, two years with Pan American Airways, and five years with TWA, broken by military service as a major in the Air Transport Command. Service with ATC included 18 months in the “Hump” operation, stationed in the India. Keebler resides with his wife and son in Coral Gables: He suc- ceeds William M. Praise Local Enterprise This morning Mrs. Van Goildt- snoven had only words of high- est praise for all local business enterprises who assisted to make | the event successful, and especi- ally local city officials and to William Arnold of the Florida Motor Lines, who made _possi- ble the services of the busses placed at the disposal of the vis- itors, and also to the staffs of the restaurants and hotels where the guests spent so many enjoyable hours. Words failed her, she stated, to express her deep gratitude to | all members of the local BPW ‘who worked tirelessly for the past weeks to make the week- | jend a success.
