AVERY, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, announced today that James Singleton, a student of the Bob Jones College in Tennessee, will be the speaker at tomorrow evening's worship service at 7:30 o'clock. Young Singleton is said to be a stimu- lating speaker and will lead the Young People’s Fellowship Group in the service. Rev. Avery will preach the sermon at the 11 a.m. service ,taking as his subject, "Their Eyes Were Opened.” Sunday School will be held as usual at 9:50 a.m. In the continued absence of Rev. J. B. Reid, pastor, services at the Fleming Street Methodist Church will be conducted by W. F. Bowery at the morning worship and Harold Russell at the 7:30 p.m. service.
