H.; OTH- ER SERVICES LISTED FOR TOMORROW AND NEXT WEEK gh JOHN E. PICKENS, pastor of the Poinciana Community and Congregational Churches, has returned after spending seven weeks in the north attending the school for ministers conduct- ed by the Congregational Christian Churches at Derring, N. H. He will conduct tomorrow morn- ing’s services at the Poinciana Community Church and the evening services at the Congrega- tional. During their trip, Rev. and Mrs. Pickens also visited friends and relatives in a number of northern states. Morning services at the Congregational Church will be under the direction of W. Lee Park- er, associate, who has shared the pulpits of the two churches with John E. Pickens, Jr., during Rev. Pickens’ absence. Mr. Parker will preach on ‘Views of Jesus” and Rev. Pickefis on "Medi- tation at the Cross” at the morning service. Holy Communion will be held at the Poinciana Com- munity morning service and the Congregational evening service. Sunday School at both of the churches is at 9:45 a.m. - The official board ofthe Congregational Church will meet! at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Prayer meeting is on Wednesday at the same hour and choir rehearsal and youth fellowship at 7:30, student pastor, conducting it. Sunday School is at 10 a. m. on Thursday evening.
