D. McAn- drews, manager of the hotel, an- nounced today. “Plans are now nearing pletion for closing the La Concha until Nov. 15 by reason of the fact that the management has found it impossible to cope with the noise that is permitted at the corner of Duval and Flem- ing street after midnigh’ said McAndrews today. “The management has not been able to get the cooperation of | the city government or the man- agement in the curtailment of this disturbance,” McAndrews ' continued.
