This will be the fifth time that the two teams have met this sea- son with each team having won two games. It will be another “grudge game” for the Raiders will be fighting to avenge the humiliat- ing defeat handed them last Sun- day. The Pirates won the first game of the recent “grudge” con- tests between the two teams, 14 to 6. The Raiders. took the sec- ond and third games by the scores of 6 to 2 and 10 to 4, and the Pi- rates bounced back Sunday to slaughter the Raiders, 11-3. The fans will also be able to see two of Key West’s classiest pitchers hook up in a pitching duel. It will be “Bubber” Sweet- ing for the. Raiders and Gabe “Fireball” Lastres for the Pi+ jrates. Sweeting is the league’s leading pitcher with two Vic- tories and no defeats.
