Pinders$«., announces and requests that those need- ing licenses get them for this year. Two thousand five hundred _of the licenses have arrived for the 1946 period. The price will be one dollar for the first license and fifty cents for a repeat license. Licenses went on sale Tuesday morning. “If you are getting a re- peat license, please bring your last year’s receipt for license with you or a Navy Yard pass for a bicycle for last year,” Mr. Pinder said. “It will also be necessary that bike owners give their name, address and serial num- ber of the bicycle,” Mr. Pin- der added and cautioned that persons sending another to secure a license give this in- formation.
