For months, in the face of shortages and lack of experienced help, he’s been trying to carry on. . ; trying to give you the kind of service you’ve always ex- pected of him. Now he has a brand new problem—point rationing. He has to collect the stamps from you as well as the cash. It’s a burden for him—sure—and for you. But he knows and you know that it’s got to be done, It’s the only fair way of making sure that everybody gets a fair share. That’s the American Way of doing things.
