T. Arrington, Commanding Officer of the Army’s Harbor Defenses of Key West. Leading Navy officials have been extended an invitation to attend the review by Col. Arrington, and plans of Army officials in charge of the review are to make it one of the outstanding features of its kind engaged in by the local Army post.
