Albury. Charles A. Sands was fined $30 and costs. and his drivers license revoked for driving while in- toxicated. Charles B. Hall was found guilty of driving without a license. His sentence was defer- red. Sally Mae Morant was sen- tenced to seven months in the county jail for aggravated assault on Ozel Johnson whom she wounded with a shotgun.
