The? dinner was given in the Parish Hall of the Episcopal Church, which looked lovely in the floral decorations. dn order to get acquainted— each person was given a letter as they entered the hall and then the letters were put together to form a Hallowe'en word. The persons which comprised one word, sat at the same table. Mrs. Harry Baker, president of the Junior-Senior P.-T. A. gave the greeting to the guests in be- half of the association. Prof. O’- Bryant responded in behalf of the teachers , and introduced each member of his faculty. All were given a hearty clap, as the intro- duction was acknowledged. Following the banquet, get-to- gether songs were sung with Mrs. Ralph Milner at the piano. One of the pen features of the evening. was a historical cuiz game, with Mrs. Rodriguez, chairman of en- tertainment, acting as “Prof. Quiz.” A grand march. directed by Mrs. Eva Warner. was the grand finale of the evening. The following is the names of those attending the P.-T. A. ban- quet: Mr. and Mrs. Horace O’Bryant, Members of the Order of East- ern Star will be ‘hostesses to- morrow night at a _ spaghetti dinner to be given at the Scottish Rites hall at Eaton and Simonton streets.
